Travian bits…

I’m afraid to say this, but I have to say that I’m now a certified Travian addict. This game’s the reason why I’m not blogging that much, even Company of Heroes, the favorite RTS that I’m playing is being neglected for an obvious reason.

Well, I believe I have described what the game’s like, to make things short, its a text-based strategy game. But what I love about this game the most is that it just the same old hack en slash en obliterate your enemies. Its about having bonds with the people around your territory. Enemy or ally or neutral.

I’ve given up my character on server 5, and I guess I’m about to do the same on server 8 since it didn’t start off well. On the other hand, on server 3 and the Philippine server is a different story.

On server 3, I’ve found new friends in the game. :no1:

And on the Philippine server, it so happened that I’ve made my own alliance and right now we have 8 active members including myself.

Why don’t you try playing? Its definitely a long and you might say boring game but once you get the hang of it. You’ll love it. :no1:

I’ve been invited to place some materials at animemaiden.com, a site that’s being run by my officemate that started like, 2 or 3 days ago. You’ll see different reviews, synopsis and much more…

As an anime lover, I love to contribute as much as I can. But based on the author’s (Vampire Maiden) profile page, she watched over 500 titles already and that record simply drops my jaw on the ground.

I knew there’s a person who’s much addicted to CoH than me.  And here’s the living proof. Rifles Ready!

I saw this site about a week or two and was amazed on the author’s insights about the game, the blog offers tactics, videos, strategies and of course, funny stuff. Talk about tactics and strategies, you have a favorite army in particular you want to master? They’ll show you the way on how to get to the top. But of course, they’ll just show it to you, its up to you on how to apply the stuff.

I haven’t browsed the site completely but I can say that this is a must visit site for all CoH fanatics out there! :no1:

An epic battle between Juan Manuel Marquez and Manny Pacquiao took stage last Saturday, March 15, 2008 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. And again, our country’s crime rate was halted by the display of resilience and determination of our modern day hero.

Yeah some are not really convinced about the win, but hey, Did Manny fall in the canvas? In terms of aggression, who raged like a bull and head on to clash? :gg:

Anyway, credit must be given to Juan Manuel Marquez for displaying his tactics, those precision shots gave Manny a hard time, but Marquez already said it. The fight’s not decided in a single round. He made his rounds obvious that he wins. But let’s just do the math and see. :no1:

Noticed that gay referee? He was the very same referee at the Pacquiao-Morales III bout. So gay. Pfft.

Yeah, its a wise decision for Toei to trash the script of GMA for Shaider. I have no grudges with 7, I like this network better than ABS-CBN who does nothing but loot money from their TFC subscribers. Phhbt..

Anyway, back to my rant, Shaider captured the hearts of most kids of my age. Its best to leave things the way they are, rather than making a new script full of what? Crap. As of this moment I’m reading the comments on this page and from this article, a bunch of Ka’s (Kapuso, Kapamilya, Karug, Kantoot), have splurted their thoughts about Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan. I’ve noticed a few guys who don’t belong to Ka’s, but they are fans of TOKUSATSU. Just click that link to know more about that word. Little that I know that I’m blind fan of Tokusatsu as well. And yes. Again I’m telling you guys, Kudos for Toei for not allowing GMA to remake Shaider.

Why? Its 2007. Shaider was way back 1984, just compare the costume…

and these are the Zaido. I dunno if I got this correct, anyway… If you try to look at their costume, who deserves to be in this year? Special effects? I’d say its par (if you bring Zaido 23 years back, Zaido’s the ultimate show for us.) And the story? Huh?

As far as I could remember, Dai (Alexis Del Mundo na lang para mas masaya), never had a kid. We don’t know if Alexis screwed Annie in the end, lol. Bottom line is, how’d 7 can say that this colored guys are the descendants of the previous metal heroes?

Isa pa, mga japayuki rin ba ang mga magulang ng mga Zaido?

I hate to say this, if they screw running this show, Shaider might get a bad impression for the kids of today. As for us who saw Alexis fly, ride his Blue Hawk, fire his Vavilos, and using his Shaider X-ray to peep on Annie (just kidding o_O) , its our responsibility to let our young ones know that Zaido screwed a legend. But this legend will be forever in our hearts. (visualizes Annie’s jump scene…)
