Cutting the story short, right after office, I went straight home and rest for an hour and told my mom that I have to go to the PC shop (PC Options) to get my rig checked.
As I was suspected, it was the power supply who failed me. But the guys at PC Options were perhaps the best crew in terms of service. I had a lot of bad experiences in terms of item warrantys and the like, but by the moment I got there, the guys are already up and ready to disect my ailing system.
It took me a while though to go home, I can’t blame the guys for passing by my PC once in a while since customers are flowing in. And those customers are there to buy stuff, not to get their stuff checked. Even though I was at their service center, single units are being sold there as well, and there are also some other units needed to be checked.
I was able to chat with all of the service men of PC options and even though they work like horses, they were still able to accomodate all of their customers. But 2 members of the crew stayed with the rig (perhaps they were the veterans of fixing stuff there), and gave me some tips on my PC, they’ve informed me that, yeah my power supply’s already busted but since its still in its warranty period, they’ll replace it free of charge. However, they warned me that this new power supply will eventually end up like the first one since its generic.
These guys placed like 3 or 4 power supply units on my PC to check the most efficient one. The first one’s bad, 2nd one’s working but noisy, the third one’s quiet (really quiet since it shuts down after a while) and the fourth one, I already forgot. hehe :gg:
Anyway, I’d like to give out my kudos to the staff of PC Options and its management for their help and patience with their customers like me, I know for myself that I’m not the ranting one but I demands solutions in a nice way, and these guys did their job perfectly. I hope we all work like this. Again, Thanks a lot! :no1:

What happened to PC Options now? The way they treat their customer?I’ve got a problem with their sony m2 memory. The two pcs. I bought to them seems like a fake one coz of it’s low price but they said it was an original piece,so I decided to buy it(one for me & one for my sister). After a week or two the music, pics and other saved file there automatically corrupt and although they replace it after one another, still the problem occurs…and the other replaced of the two, just now I found it is tampered! the original print is 512 mb and they tampered it with 2GB. I am confused if I will take it back to them coz its already two months now before my celfone technician friend found it.(I bring it to my friend for a “white screen” display, maybe because of the memory problem).
Although some of pc parts at the office is from pc options(I recommend it)for couple of years back. now, I am dissapointed with the way they used a tampered/fake memory as replacement for a unit with warranty, so guys BEWARE!
pc options never post their price lists on-line. i have already tried finding and searching the net for any trace of options price list but to no luck.. i think they’ve warned the people involved in updating the price list not to post it or even make a hard copy or if they found out that it came out they cud be fired… hehe anyone who has a link of a pc options price list, wud be a big help.. thanks

I’m not sure at what branch of PC Options where you encountered that anomaly, but recently I’ve just got my board busted and got it fixed by the their staff in a matter of 2 weeks. I’ve checked all my stuff and they’re all intact. I just hope what happened to you will be the last… Sorry to hear that bro.

Yeah I agree with you buddy, if they actually post their price list online that would really help their sales as well.
